


Breakfast: quiche from Costco, two Morningstar veg sausages, protein coffee, fruit.
Lunch: tuna salad on 1 slices of bread, quest protein chips, veg. Photo isn’t great but I was rushing to get back to my desk for a call.
Dinner: sweet chili shrimp stir fry over coconut rice and a not pictured sparkling water.
I also drink 64oz of water a day.
