As I enjoy making these collages of my daily food, I thought I’d share this one too! I was absolutely stuffed by the end of today and came in a bit under 1500 – so here’s a breakdown of the pictures 🙂

From top left to bottom right – scrambled eggs on sunflour rye (one was topped with avocado under the egg and the other was spinach) and a side of fried mushrooms, a bowl of tteobokki with a hardboiled egg, morrocan spiced lentil soup with added broccoli and green beans (the bowl was huuuge), and then broghies with cottage cheese and dried cranberries last ☺️

My favourite was the Tteobokki! I’ve been craving it for sooo long, but it was my first time adding an egg to it. I made the egg in the air fryer and left it maybe 2 minutes too long, but it was still a 10/10 dish. Hope you had some 10/10 food as well today!
