I’ve been nervous to count calories because the last time I was restrictive about food it led to a lot of binge eating. I’m hoping that with a gentler approach I can be successful, since I gained 30 unwanted lbs after a mix of huge lifestyle/career changes and a loss in the family over the last 1-2 years. I like snapping pics of my meals already so I figured I’d post— this was under 550 cals (no breakfast, just coffee) and I kind of wish I hadn’t eaten the vanilla greek yogurt because it left me uncomfortably full.

– Turkey, cream cheese, and cukes on multigrain sandwich thin
– serving of mini honey mustard pretzels
– tomatoes
– cotton candy grapes
-simple truth vanilla greek yogurt
