Iโ€™ve recently shifted my mindset when it comes to CICO. Before, Iโ€™d focus on trying to eat less food to keep my deficit and would end up going over calories for the day munching because I was hungry. I decided to try eating more instead of less but more low calorie nutrient dense foods. Ladies and gentlemen this has been a GAME CHANGER! My consistency took a 180 and the pounds are coming off!

Anybody else feasting while cutting calories? Hereโ€™s my dinner for tonight. (Donโ€™t mind the empty edamame pods)
