Was looking for some jar soups to make for gifts and came across this one. Decided to try it to see if I’d want to be responsible for gifting a good or bad recipe 😂 Added a couple handfuls of spinach at the end, used curry instead of cumin, and it really hit the spot. So simple but the flavors were great.
