  1. To make the wings, you’ll need:
    2 pounds of chicken wings
    1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon of garlic powder
    1 teaspoon of paprika
    1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon of salt
    1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 cup of hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
    1/4 cup of unsalted butter
    1 tablespoon of honey
To prepare the wings, start by preheating your oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them in the flour mixture.
Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and crispy.
While the wings are baking, make the sauce by melting the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the hot sauce and honey to the pan and whisk to combine. Cook the sauce for a few minutes until it’s hot and bubbly.
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the sauce over the wings and toss them to coat them in the spicy sauce.
Serve the wings hot with your favorite dipping sauce and some celery sticks on the side.
