
I grew blue oyster mushrooms this year in containers and got about 12oz of mushroom in the last four days. I made duxelle (minced mushroom and shallot) spread on a crostini then topped with whipped goat cheese mousse (goat cheese, milk and creme fraiche).
I admit they turned out so good that I forgot to take a better picture.
