I used half of the vegan butter in the instructions and low cal cashew milk. The pasta tastes like REGULAR pasta, not chickpea pasta. And I had to double check the ingredients because the cheese tasted like real cheese.
I’ve tried many of the vegan mac n cheeses out there and none of them were repeat buys. But this is something I’ll get again.
Bought this at Whole Foods, but you can find it online in a lot of places.

I just took this stuff camping! Great easy meal to whip up quick. I also like to mix nutritional yeast in it. Super good!

I honestly couldn’t. I tried but I couldn’t get into it. I much prefer Daiya.

I thought it was fine but not any better than Annie’s. I like Daiya if you’re looking for something really rich and “dinner for a family of 4” worth of calories.

I bought it but haven’t tried it yet. Is the 350 calories WITH the milk and the cheese and butter? Or what? It’s not clear on the label
