Pimento cheese, whipped cream cheese colored beet juice/nutritional yeast. Whipped goat cheese colored with cabbage. Peppered salami, bell pepper, radish, olives and some burnt crostini I left in the oven for far too long.
Admittedly, I had not the slightest idea what a "cheese board canvas" was when my boss first asked me to make it, these were incredibly fun to design and execute! Catering for an art house charity event.
