150g strawberries 100g cherries 150g grapes, 25g (2) dried figs and for a treat, 2 squares of Lindt dark with ginger and lime.

The whole dinner plate piled up came to just under 400kcal! (Had protein with my breakfast coffee and dinner will be lean chicken with potatoes and broccoli).

So vibing with the fruit and berry snack platter, basically means I don't feel any need for snacks or dessert all day, and it takes me ages to get through all of this.
