1. Uovo Raviolo Di Nino Bergese (brown butter, morels & tartufo nero): Probably the best dish I had, and a signature of Rezdôra. All the cheeses, mushroom, truffle, and sauces blended together beautifully.

  2. Modenese Vacationing in Rome: There was nothing from Modena in this dish. Quite literally a plate of pasta carbonara, and a bang average one at that.

  3. Carne E Uova (steak and eggs, modenese style with "insalata di rucola"): The steak was perfectly cooked and the egg side was great, along with the salad. Overall a pretty tasty dish.

  4. Millefoglie al Cioccolato (cherry, chocolate & nepitella): The worst course of the night. The only word that comes to mind to describe this dish is flavorless.

IMO, Rezdôra isn’t a bad restaurant and the prices are hardly terrible, but Michelin is being quite generous giving them a star.
