Shrimp: avocado oil, salt, pepper, old bay, lemon pepper, Cajun seasoning blend,splash of fish sauce, splash of oyster sauce, splash of teriyaki. Sautéed on medium heat until slightly undercooked (I meal prepped all this so I didn’t want the shrimp to overcook in the microwave upon reheating).
Sweet potato: avocado oil, salt, pepper, garam masala & thyme. Bake at 365 F for 40 minutes then at 450 F for 10-15 min.
Roasted green beans; avocado oil, salt, pepper & tomato powder. Bake at 425 F for 15-20 minutes.
Broccoli is just lightly steamed with some of the shrimp sauce poured over it for flavor.
Avocado for dipping the sweet potatoes in.
