


Diced bell peppers and tossed them in a pan with 2 tbsp of Avocado Oil for a few minutes, added the leftover carne asada for a few more minutes, then dumped in 200g of Egg whites with 51g of a regular egg (for color) for a few more minutes. After those minutes I put it on a plate and ate it. It was amazing. Added 2 low cal tortillas and a bag of quest protein chips to feel like I was cheating. 570 cals 66g of protein, and I’m STUFFED! Also I’m at a [6] on the stoned scale so I hope this made sense!
