My maintenance calories are estimated to be at about 1500. I've been eating at 1400 just in case! (5'2", 117 lbs 19F). I'm eating at maintenance for now just to give myself a break haha, trying to minmax my calories constantly can get so tiring. Plus, having more calories to work with decreases the chances of me just going wayyy overboard with that "screw it" mentality! Which,, was happening a little tooo often this past month. My first thought after those days was to restrict lower than 1200 to "make up for it" (old ed habits die hard </3), but that's obviously not a great choice either. Giving myself what I really was needing (a break from the deficit) has been really awesome sauce! And allowed me to make myself way more balanced and filling meals, so I've been snacking a lot less too!

1st picture: just eggs and toast with a side of caramelized onions and strawberries 🙂

2nd: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich with banana omgomgomg. I personally like to add a little more water to my PB2 than the directions say. Makes it easier to spread, and makes like. More peanut butter lolll.

3rd: Veggie tacos!!! The eggs were planned to be in it but I ran out of room so i just ate them on the side :3. I LOVE mayo with lettuce. Id eat a bowl of just mayo and lettuce if I could. Anyways these were REALLY good

4th: Tuna bowl with a thin bagel :3 Tuna and ketchup is actually a goated combo u guys

Even though I kinda wanna lose 10 more pounds, I'm pretty happy with where I'm at. I started at 155 lbs in December last year! So I've made some awesome progress <3 I got hella loose skin tho lmfao what do I even do about that
