I’ve been making these lasagna dumplings in ramekins for my husband and me. They are amazing-so easy and tasty! I just find a recipe for the meaty version online and veganize it. I’ve done beyond meat versions, tofu, cabbage and carrot versions and a fake chicken version. My husband doesn’t like mushrooms but I’m looking for other vegan dumpling fillings to use. Any suggestions?
