


I’m about a month and some change into eating 1200cals daily and have been focusing on high-ish protein intake (60-100g daily)
Over time my appetite has decreased and it can be hard to reach the protein goals if I don’t try. I worked through breakfast so this is my first meal of the day. It looks gross but honestly tasted good and I’m very full now. Mixing all the ingredients made enough for 2 wraps
