1/4 Non Fat Greek Yogurt
1/4 Cup Egg Whites
TSP of baking powder and vanilla
3 TBSP Monk Fruit or whatever sweetener you like
Cinnamon to taste

Makes 2. Around 150 Calories and 20g of protein each
