I’ve been obsessed with this seafood pasta salad lately so I figured I’d share it here! This whole bowl is only 355 calories and 33g of protein 🙂

What’s pictured:

56g Carbe Diem Pasta

90g of shrimp (Great Value, frozen, small, deveined, tail-off)
72g of imitation crab (Louis Kemp)

50g of raw cucumber
25g of raw red bell pepper
53g of celery
10g of green onions (sprinkled on top)
15g of raw red onion

3ml lemon juice (great value brand)
50g of Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
25g of light Mayo (great value brand)

Seasoned with Old Bay, dried dill, salt, and pepper

You can add mustard, hot sauce, or a Cajun spice blend depending on what you’re in the mood for! I’ve had a few varieties depending on what I’ve been craving but this is what im having tonight!!!
