Five courses:

  1. Sweet Jesus Oysters on the Half Shell
    Champagne Mignonette
  2. Steak Tartare, Prime Beef Tenderloin, Jalapeño Oil,
    Fresh Chives, Baguette Toast Points
  3. Pan-Seared Sea Scallop, Wilted Baby Spinach, Crispy Bacon, Argentine Chimichurri
    (my favorite course)
  4. Pan-Roasted Hudson Valley Magret of Duck, French Coco Beans, Crispy Lardons, Frisée, Aged Sherry Vinaigrette
  5. Chocolate Cake, Mascarpone Layers, Crème Anglaise

Also, last pic is from when Harry Sussex visited Baltimore and ate there. He has good taste, obviously.
