Celebrated a year of officially becoming “Dr. (My name)” by making these Turkish stuffed onions aka soğan dolması

I thought this was going to be a lot of work….but it surprisingly wasn’t? Stuffing the onions is the only real task here. The flavor surprised me in a very pleasant way.
