I made matcha ice from whipped aquafaba – just whip it up, add matcha (or another flavour you like, for example cinnamon or vanilla) and something to sweeten it (I used xylitol but sugar or maple syrup would work) and freeze it.

Very very low calorie if that matters.

The consistency is like snow (so not scoopable but great nonetheless).
