I live in Eastern Europe and the bread is made by a local brand that doesn't bother including the ingredients list in English. I definitely won't be able to translate it, but maybe the Google Lens auto translation in the second pic will be of some service?
The nutritional info is from an app I use to track calories so that one's pretty straightforward.

All other breads that I've seen in supermarkets are in the range of 200-250 cal per 100g. This one sounds too good to be true and I keep thinking that I am being fooled somehow.
