this has been a really quick & easy one for me – but you can substitute the chicken breasts for cuts if you’re also watching processed or frozen foods

tyson fajitas 3 oz- 110 cal.
cauliflower rice – 35 cal.
pineapple slices (optional) half cup – 60 cal.
avocado lime ranch (optional) 2 tbsp – 90 cal.
mini cucumber sliced – 20 cal.
mixed fajita veggies (onion, red and green bell pepper). i split a pre-diced package of 155g – ~25 cal
sour cream (optional) 1 tbsp – 30 cal
added cilantro, valentina hot sauce, and lime to the rice

total: 370, but a lot of these could be cut, i.e the ranch, pineapple, sour cream 🐥
