One of the most filling lunches I've found so far, easy to make and delicious! I use this recipe:

I reduce the oil to 1 tbsp, increase the sugar to 1 Tbsp (personal preference), and it comes out to 285 calories. I add 3 oz. of rice for 153 calories, then mix in a bit of cauliflower rice. If you wanted to increase the volume even further, you could increase the amount of green beans, add a bell pepper, or more cauliflower rice.
