
Vegan and gluten-free cinnamon and vanilla waffles made with 50% King Arthur AP gluten-free flour and 50% quinoa flour. Berries fresh from the garden!
Simple waffle recipe that I use every week, adjusting as needed or desired based on the gluten-free flour I want to use:
1 c AP gluten-free flour (king Arthur works well)
1 c other gluten-free flour (we grind our own, these are quinoa flour)
3/4 c preferred sugar (white, coconut, whatever)
2 Tbs ground flax
Big pinch salt
Big pinch cinnamon (or other spice like cardamom, nutmeg, etc)
Mix 1 cup dairy-free milk + 1 Tbs apple cider vinegar + 1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine wet and dry ingredients and cook in a waffle maker. Easy day!
