



When I'm doing 1400-1500 calories, I like to stick to a plan of 3 meals a day (around 400 calories each) + 1 snack. Here is one of those snacks I enjoyed today!
Yogurt salad with dill, black pepper & samardala (which is a sweet onion spice from my country), some cherry tomatoes, and high protein tomato & basil chips.
