Still dreaming about this. It's hard to find Vegan upscale dining & CrossRoads Kitchen in Las Vegas at Resort World absolutely killed it. I don't even like EggPlant but this was unlike anything I've ever had. Also, the Cheese and Pate platter was easily comparable to the best dairy cheese I've ever had. Spring Agnolotti was good too! Can't wait for my next Vegas Trip ✈️
