Sad news is, I used my last piece of Miyoko’s smoked cheddar cheese wheel today. Good news is, I got my shipment of assorted vegan cheese from Rebel today and will dig into that.
This was a simple plate of pasta, home made veggie tomato sauce and few Jack & Annie’s jackfruit meatballs, dressed up with that amazing smoked cheese. I’m not crying because it’s over, I’m smiling coz it happened. And yes, fuck that corparte hack team that took over Miyoko’s after kicking her out and then ran the company into the ground.
