I've been making these for YEARS and never get tired of enjoying them with some scrambled tofu eggs and vegan sausage on the weekend. These are super easy (the beer does most of the work tbh) and they're so fluffy!! A little melted vegan butter on each half after they've come out of the oven? Beautiful… 😉
