(Picture 2 is the whole recipe – 1,000cal)

Whipped this up tonight because I was too tired to cook properly, but wanted something really hearty and filling. My partner and I split the recipe in half; so 500cal a portion!

I am already thinking of ways to stretch the portion to three bowls (340cal) by adding minced cauliflower or a handful of spinach, etc.

Topped mine with diced jalapeño and lots of fresh pepper and a pinch of smoked salt!

– Just boil the pasta like it says on the box and drain, but leave some water in the pot. I saved a few tablespoons and it was a little looser than I wanted 🫣

– Add in the powder and stir vigorously until it is mostly smooth then add your yogurt and keep stirring

– Add the peas and tuna (both drained and rinsed) and what ever other ingredients you want. Enjoy 😀 You want a really poor quality of peas for this- they are so soft they blend right in!
