Recipe suggestions for Braised Tau Kwa (Xiao Gan)

I bought this braised Tau Kwa from my local Asia store. So far I only used it in stir fry. I was wondering if there are any specific or traditional recipes for some you maybe tried yourself and would like to share? 🙂
