This was my submission for 52WeeksOfCooking – Alpine.

– I used this recipe for the crust and subbed Earth Balance.
– For the cream layer I used this recipe. I had made this tiramisu before and really loved the cream here so I figured this would make a nice filling for a tart similar to a custard you'd typically see in a fruit tart.
– The blueberry topping was just blueberries, cornstarch, lemon juice+zest, and sugar.

The cream was made the night before and allowed to set up. The crust and blueberry topping was cooled before assembling and then I allowed it all to sit in the fridge for a few more hours after assembling. It turned out really well!
