
Recently changed my calories to fit my protein easily and not lose muscle. Should I move over to the 1500isplenty sub? Today I had a bowl of protein oatmeal with sf syrup, raisins, mini butterscotch chips, enchilada lean cuisine, carrots and baked bbq chips, sardines with lemon on rice cakes, sweet potato fries, 1/2 c of egg whites with a little cheese and buffalo sauce, and a serving of drizzilicious with a tablespoon of frosting.
