I already had a slice as you can tell. Had to taste-test. So this is like 550-600 calories and yes you can eat half and stock up on salad for the other half. 100 calories of salad is nice. Im not on 1200 a day i eat 1500-1600 but I figured it’s a good idea to share here too because there’s also other alternatives to the bread.

The flatbread has 240 calories but there’s versions out there with like 100. The sauce is tzatziki sauce. The meat is chicken. Sauce is canned tomatoes with garlic, onion, spices. I first had the meat cooking on a pan. Heated the bread in the oven. About halfway through, last 5 mins i added the meat in the oven as well to get rid of any watery-texture. Cooking time on stove: ~10 min. And then the bread itself like 10-15 mins (5 min of which the chicken is added).

I don’t use a food-scale I eyeball it. But I’d assume it’s like 150 – 200 g chicken. And like 2-3 tbsp sauce. And there’s lots of tomato sauce left. šŸ™‚ I am on a journey where I am trying to substitute what I love for less Callie dense versions and I could definitely eat this again.
