Breakfast: Egg scramble (1 egg + 200g egg whites) and one piece of maple flavor Base Bread: 248 kcal, 23.6g protein, 9.9g fat, 17.3g carbs

Drink 1: Coffee with 90ml chocolate Protine shake: 50kcal, 7.4g protein, 0g fat, 4.1g carbs

Lunch: My lazy girl oden and cucumbers with sriracha tuna mayo dip: 221kcal, 22.7g protein, 3.8g fat, 28.1g carbs

Snack: Carrot ribbon salad with ponzu dressing: 53kcal, 1.7g protein, 0.1g fat, 14.2g carbs

Drink 2: Veggie + probiotic drink in my fave Pokemon cup: 11kcal, 0.4g protein, 0.1g fat, 2.8g carb

Dinner: Creamy potato starch noodles: 367kcal, 3.6g protein, 7.2g fat, 75.7g carbs

Dessert: Fat free protein yogurt with frozen diced strawberries, nuts, and sweet cinammon tahini drizzle: 289kcal, 19.3g protein, 12.1g fat, 34.3g carbs (I usually do my sugar free fudge sauce and frozen blueberries but making do with what I have rn)
