





Grilled chicken with baby spinach and spring mix salad.
I’m getting used to eating at least one salad every day.
The chicken breast was marinated in the fat-free zesty Italian and a little bit of water in the fridge for an hour or so and then put in the air fryer at 380 Fahrenheit for about 16 minutes. The dressing on the salad was just a little bit of olive oil, oil vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper and a splash of lemon juice.
