
I’ve started over losing weight several times, so I’ve been on this journey for quite a while! I just hit ‘fresh start’ so I don’t have to look at old weights, haha. I always have this pattern of weight loss though, where I stay at the same weight for 3-6 days, then will lose, then same weight for 3-6 days, then loss. I know I shouldn’t focus on the scale that much, but it can be discouraging. Curious if anyone else loses wight like this?
