Carbe diem is really something else. This was a lot of food and I am certainly full. Shrimp doesn't keep very well, but I think next time I'll make a full batch of chicken alfredo with this and munch on it throughout the week.
Carbe Diem Spaghetti - 112g, 212c, 16g protein
Frozen Raw Shrimp - 170g, 75c, 20g protein
Classico Creamy Alfredo - 90g, 75c, 2g protein
Brocc - 70g, 23c, 2g protein
Oil - ~20c
Nothing special about the recipe: boiled spaghetti for 15 min with a fistful of salt, thawed shrimp in water, dried off, hard seared, threw brocc into pasta pot for 4 minutes (mine were cut pretty thin so I'd do 2 minutes next time), warmed up alfredo from jar, bombed with pepper, grabbed 1/4th cup pasta water to add to it, then mixed in pot! Be generous with salt, this food has a lot of mass
PS: Estimated on the oil. It doesn't take much to sear off some shrimp
