25 g fat

For a few months, then slowly increase carbs and fat up to maintenance

In my humble opinion I have a solid amount of muscle which makes me look less fat than I really am, which is probably why I've let myself slip this badly

I'll continue weight training to my absolute limit, and will be on TRT and Ozempic
