Feeling better today!

Eating healthier yesterday has me back on track and this is breakfast at 12:35 PM.

Planning on fish tacos with sautéed cabbage carrot slaw and a dijon mustard lime dressing for lunch later and maybe grilled chicken with grated parm coated veggies for dinner. Snack maybe some pretzel sticks, celery and peanut butter 🤔.

It’s nice to have a place to share my journey. I will also be reducing to one whole egg and two egg whites soon.
