Looking to lose about 20lbs after somehow gaining 10lb in 6 weeks??? I was between 132-37lbs for the last 4 years but life stressors / temporary sedentary lifestyle, multiple nights of drinking crept in and I guess led to the weight gain.

I’m ok w losing the 10lbs to bring me back to ~135 but definitely felt most confident when I was around 127lbs. I’m a 5’4 female and generally moderately active, but recovering from a procedure for the next 3–4 weeks. Would love any tips!

Kale + spinach mix with lemon, tajin and a drizzle of balsamic vin + olive oil, sprinkled sunflower kernels on top

One hard boiled egg

1/2 avocado

Sliced cucumber and 2 pickle spears

Nonfat Greek yogurt w Trader Joe’s ranch seasoning and some powdered thyme

1/4 a mango sliced up with some black berries
