

With a brown lentil + brown rice mix (a little overcooked but saved by crisping in the oven- it was all good!), a delicious salad with dying produce (iceberg lettuce, tomato, parsley + vegan feta, green olives, olive oil, red wine vinegar), homemade pickled red onions (made my first batch this week and OMG will never stop now!!), a pack of Gusta brand shredded seitan kebab, and an herby tahini sauce (tahini, EVOO, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, dill).
