
I love these seasoned tins of tuna for salads. One tin is 80 calories, and has enough flavour that I don't need to add dressing. Typically I mix it with chopped cucumber, celery, peppers, sprouts, leafy greens, and add some sliced green olives, fermented vegetables, and a shaving of parmesan cheese to amp up the flavour.
