
So, my Buddha Bowl attempt wasn't so great. So I made a typical spring salad. Baby spinach, red cabbage, sprouts (alfalfa, broccoli, kale in one package), Granny Smith apples, red cherry tomatoes, a toss of sunflower seeds, a few bits of kale, English cucumber, and chickie peas :3. Tossed in rice vinegar, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. I prefer a higher ratio of vinegar I like the kick. Easy and good for ♀️ week. Salads are nice on workout rest days when I'm not as active. I'm going to just snack if I get hungry again.
