
Low carb burger bun (80 cals 10g protein)
4oz 90/10 ground beef (diving into do balls and smash them on high heat for a minute and add salt and pepper. and flip and then add velveta cheese (35 cals 3g protein) You can use 80/20 ground beef, just add 90 cals sub 4g protein, still good macros and taste better).
-healthier Big Mac sauce. Half serving light mayo (15-20 cals, half serving low sugar ketchup (5 cals) and half serving mustard 0 cals, bit of dill relish if u like pickles 0 cals, splash of worchester sauce if u want, 0 cals) You can alter this how u want.
Optional- Walmart sells the low carbs bun. Some have 50 cals for 6g protein, others have 80 cals for 10g protein. I like more protein.
Optional- In the pic, I added protein nacho cheese chips but u don’t need to add them, I just like the extra crunch.
Optional – Quick millisecond of a millisecond Spray the buns quickly with a butter flavored spray (0-5 cals), just don’t over do it because it can add calories. Then toast them in a toast.
