I attached a TON!! of examples, but what do you guys think of what i'll call "school snacks"- something you'd find in a lunch box for an occasional sweet treat? As they're much lower calorie than a traditional baked good… but I thought i'd ask for someones opinion, fitting in a cereal bar or bowl of cereal every now and again- or a granola bar everyday in a day of whole foods.

Anotber point, what do you think of kids yogurts instead of adults? they're much lower calorie!! Examples of what I mean at the end, thatd be a daily thing.
