making your granola at home is so easy and cheap.

Heres the recipe (i made a small batch)

ingredients:

-100g oats

-25g of shredded coconut

-100g egg whites

-40g honey

-cinnamon and salt to taste

(you can use other types of low cal sweeteners, add some nuts/seeds if you like and also you can incorporate any type of nut butter)

instructions:

To a bowl add the dry ingredients then mix in the wet ingredients. Lay the mixture flat on a parchment paper (press it down) and bake in the oven for 30 mins at 160 degrees Celsius

Now if you prefer clusters stir the granola halfway through and press down again and continue baking.

For large and crunchy chunks do not stir the granola and bake for a bit longer for that crunch.

After done baking let it cool for 5-10 mins and then break apart and enjoy!

Store in an airtight container at room temp.
