that's basically it.

– 80cal & 18g protein from 1 can of light tuna

– 70cal & 11g of protien from a starkist zesty lemon pepper chicken creation

– 20cal from a little less than a tbsp of light mayo(used as a sorta base to hold everything together, optional)

– 20cal from 2oz kimchi

also added some paprika and low sodium salt

edit: same calories as a quest bar, but has more protien and tastes way better(or at least, not like chalk)
