Not enough upvotes, philestine eaters who dont know how completely amazing an Injera platter is, 10/10 recommend.

I tried this for the first time this year after seeing social media the bread(?) they used. I just had to try it for myself because it looked so soft. Reality: tasted NOTHING like I expected. I thought it’d be warm, it was cold. I thought it would be mostly tasteless, a little bit sweet, it was citrus sour. But fuck me if the meat and vegetables weren’t delicious. Damned spicy too. 9/10

Smells like a yeast infection, doesnt it? Kitfo is also amazing. The place I order from always sends a banana with my food.
