  1. I picked up a 19 lb brined turkey on sale this year for Easter (Butterball), and it came out perfect, super tasty. It’s a big turkey wing in the picture.

All side dishes were scratch made except the zesty pickle and the potatoes / carrots came out of the home garden. The carrots were steamed and served with lightly seasoned melted butter (optional). The mashed potatoes were made w/ unsalted butter & cream cheese for extra goodness. The stuffing is a slight riff of my parents old family recipe. We also made our own cranberry sauce, though it’s not part of this serving.

And for anyone interested, here’s a short video of the turkey on the rotisserie, enjoy. [https://www.reddit.com/r/grilling/comments/1sf7q78/easter_monday_19_lb_rotisserie_turkey/](https://www.reddit.com/r/grilling/comments/1sf7q78/easter_monday_19_lb_rotisserie_turkey/)

Cheers & have a great weekend.
